Want to rent the space for a gathering other than a birthday party? Christening or baptism celebration, end of season sports party, holiday party… sounds great! We’d love to talk with you & help you celebrate, no matter the reason!

Party Packages

  • Tier 1 | Simple Party Package

    $250

    Pary includes private admission for you & your guests with complete use of facility & party room for 2 hours.

    • You can arrive 20 minutes early to set up your party and get settled.

    • We will handle all cleaning of playroom & party room and dispose of trash.

    INCLUDED:

    • Table seating for 24 guests. (Three 6ft picnic style tables are provided- an additional table can be provided at no additional charge)

    • Solid color tablecloths

    • Grip socks for all children attending

    The guest of honor at birthday parties receives a coupon for a free open play session as our birthday gift!

  • Tier 2 | Dessert Party Package

    $350

    Let us handle dessert while you focus on food & decor!

    INCLUDES:

    everything in tier 1 party plus…

    • “keepy uppy” balloons

    • Solid color tableware. (Plates, forks, napkins, cups & water)

    • Cuppa Yo Frozen Yogurt - 16 5oz servings.

    Each guest gets a choice of froyo flavor and host chooses 3 toppings for the party

    Flavors: chocolate, vanilla, swirl, non-dairy sorbet (ask for current flavor)

    Toppings: gummy bears, sour gummy worms, mini chocolate chips, rainbow sprinkles, frosted animal cookies, crushed oreos

  • Tier 3 | Themed Decor Party Package

    $450

    This is a fully decorated, *nearly* all-inclusive party! Just bring some food & drinks while we handle ALL decorations & dessert!

    INCLUDES:

    everything in tier 2 party, plus…

    • Coffee, tea, & cocoa

    • Themed party decor*. Tell us your theme & preferred colors & we will make it festive & fun! (ex: banners, wall decor, table decor, streamers, balloons, themed tableware)

    *Themed decor selected for party will depend on current availability & offerings. Decor may vary between parties. 3 weeks notice is required to allow us time to plan the perfectly decorated party!

    — Kids love to play Keepy Uppy [any Bluey fans out there?!], throw balloons off the play structure, & let their imaginations run wild!

    Balloons can be taken home at end of party if wanted

  • — 6oz jars of slime made just for your party guests!

    — When adding to your party package, let us know your theme or preferred colors & if you want glitter/sequins & we can create unique jars of slime for your party guests to take home!

  • Add on Cuppa Yo frozen yogurt for your party guests!

    — $5/per serving. Each serving is 5oz.

    — Each guest will choose a flavor upon arrival to party & party host will choose 3 toppings for the guests to choose from.

    — Our commercial grade keurig can make hot coffee, latte, and/or cappuccino (flavored or unflavored). We also have cocoa and a selection of herbal tea, chai tea, and can make chai tea lattes!

  • — Additional 30 minutes added to the END of the party

    — If time is wanted at the beginning of the party, please contact us to confirm after booking

    Extra time will always try to be granted, but it is not guaranteed. We will reach out to confirm that the additional time is available

  • — Want more than 15 guests for a birthday party?

    — Add addtional party goers for $10 each

    Due to occupancy, we allow a max of 20 party guests & 40 guests total (including adults & infants)

Party FAQ’s:

  • Our facility MAX is 40 guests. This includes infants and adults.

    This will be strictly enforced to obey occupancy laws.

  • Yes!

    We allow all outside food & drink except alcohol.

    We do not have refrigeration, so please plan accordingly. Most guests bring a cooler to keep things cold during the party!

  • Yes, please!

    Make the party space as festive as you’d like! We allow most decorations. Our party room has push-pin boards to hang decorations. We also allow command strips for larger decor (such as balloon banners, etc). No decorations can hang from the ceiling due to its height.

    Exceptions: No glitter, confetti, pinatas, or glittered decorations (including glitter party hats or glitter banners).

  • We have a few options!

    A $50 non refundable deposit is due at time of booking. If given a 1 week notice received by e-mail, we are happy to move your party to another day within 12 months of your original party date.

    If you are not able to give a 1 week notice, there will be a $30 rebooking fee.

    If you cancel your event for any reason and do not wish to reschedule, please know that the $50 deposit will not be refunded.

  • Party Terms & Agreement

    You will be permitted to enter Little Bug Play Hub 20 minutes before your party is scheduled to set up and decorate. We recommend that you take advantage of this 20 minutes and arrive on time, and that you have any decor put together before your arrival. We cannot hang decorations from the ceilings due to height and do not allow glitter, including glittered decor or party hats, confetti, or pinatas. Any balloons brought in must be inflated; we will not be able to inflate them for you. Please do not leave food or beverages with us before the time of your party.

    Your party includes up to 16 children. Additional children can be added on for $10.00 each. We will contact you prior to your party date for a head count, please do your best to give us an accurate number of children attending your party so that we can make accommodations and ensure that your party is a hit! We have a MAX occupancy of 40 people to. Please be sure your party is under this number, including infants & adults. This occupancy count is non-negotiable.

    We do not have refrigeration. We do not provide serving utensils or other food related items. Please remember to bring all items that are necessary for your party. (Exceptions are tier 2 & tier 3 parties where plates, napkins, forks & cups are provided).

    You will have 15 minutes after the party to pack up with our help. If you go over the 15 minutes, we will add an additional $50.00 charge. We will do everything possible to prevent that from happening though and will help you through set up and clean up so that you have a relaxing and enjoyable experience without feeling rushed!

    We ask that parents watch their children at all times to prevent any fighting, injuries or damage to our playground. Although we have party hosts, we are here to help run your party and are not able to supervise your guests. Parents should be in the play area with children at all times. Children that do not follow the Play Hub Rules may be asked to leave the play area and sit in the seating area during the remainder of the party.

    All guests must wear socks in Little Bug Play Hub. Children are required to wear grip socks, while adults can wear regular socks. All minors must have a waiver on file, which can be found on our website www.littlebugplayhub.com. We highly recommend having your guests sign the waiver prior to arriving in order to save time and allow everyone to get to playing right away!

    Final reminders. Strollers will not be permitted inside the building as we do not have adequate space to store them. Adults must supervise their children at all times. Grip socks must be worn inside of the playspace for all children, while regular socks are allowed for adults. Any guests showing the following visible symptoms will be asked to leave immediately: coughing, running nose, fever, rash, vomiting. Please help us to prevent health risks by reminding all those attending the party that they must be in good health to attend.
